If not satisfied with your order you can return it for refund, exchange or shop credit.
Arranging for Returns.

If you are for some reason not satisfied with your order, we are more than happy to either exchange your product for a new size, or issue a refund of your shoes price*(excluding shipping costs). To return a product you must ensure that;

  1. The returned product has reached us within 30 days from order date.
  2. The returned product is totally unworn and as new.
  3. You get a return authorization number from us (email info@danceamo.com to request a return number).

Always try your shoes on over a soft, clean surface(for example a carpet). This will help prevent soiling the suede soles of the shoes and enable you to return the shoes if they don't fit.

We strongly advise you to use a recorded or traceable courier service when sending the parcel back to us as we cannot be held responsible for goods that are lost in transit. 

Note: we usually ship from a fulfillment center in Hong Kong so returns would need to be shipped back to Hong Kong.

Return for Exchange.

Customer needs to bear cost of shipping shoes back to DanceAmo. DanceAmo will bear costs of reshipping the new/exchanged item to you (one time only per order).

*Return for Refund

If a customer returns a product for refund, DanceAmo will issue a refund for the price of the shoes/product only. DanceAmo can not refund shipping costs in fulfilling the order in the event of a return for refund. If a customer chooses to get a refund the customer is responsible for all shipping costs related to the order and in returning the shoes to us. Note that in some instances shipping costs are subsidized or offered free. In the case of refund request we will deduct actual shipping cost before issuing a refund.

Inspecting Your Delivery

You are responsible for reporting shipping damage or any shipping discrepancies within 48 hours of delivery. In the case of damaged contents or any shipping discrepancies, please contact us for assistance on info@danceamo.com


 

DanceAmo reserves the right to amend or change the return policy without notice.

 


 

 

Note we only accept returns for orders made on this online shop. If you purchased your DanceAmo shoes from another retailer, please deal directly with the retailer you purchased your shoes from.
